The ECMPR envisions public policy making process in the country based on evidence for a free, open and prosperous Pakistan.
Mission
The ECMPR is committed to work for the ideals of liberty, governments with limited interventions, rule of law, free markets and property rights by fostering high quality policy-relevant research, and disseminating the findings widely to decision-makers in the public and private sectors in Pakistan in general and in provinces in particular.

- Develop and Mobilize Youth Leaders for Advancing the Ideas of Liberty and Free Markets: Develop future leaders through seminars, training, panel discussions, conferences and leadership programs to build a strong, values-driven youth involvement
towards freedom and prosperity. - Drive Policy Reform through Rigorous, Impact-Oriented Research: Conducting evidence-based empirical researches and sharing policy recommendations that influence legislative and regulatory reforms in areas such as economic freedom, education, and entrepreneurship.
- Expanding Economic Empowerment Initiatives for Marginalized Communities: Expand grassroots programs that equip underserved groups—such as women, madrassa students, and the transgender community—with market-relevant skills and entrepreneurial opportunities.
- Achieve Institutional Sustainability through Growth and Capacity Building: Invest in team development, infrastructure, and diversified funding to ensure long-term organizational resilience and strategic impact.
- Position ECMPR as a Regional Thought Leader through Strategic Partnerships: Strengthen alliances with national and international fellow think tanks to co-create regional dialogues, share best practices, and amplify ECMPR’s influence across South Asia.
